We do not ship COD at this time. We do not accept personal checks.

Ordering Replacement Parts
Use our convenient Order Form for ordering parts and we will call to confirm the order(s) you place.
If the requested parts are in stock they will be shipped within 3 business days via the United States Postal Service 2 to 3 Day Priority Mail Service or UPS. Same day shipping on many orders. If the parts requested are not in stock, they will be ordered and shipped as fast as possible.
Parts Orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service 2 to 3 Day Priority Mail. UPS Shipping Services offered: UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select® and UPS Ground. We do not ship orders C.O.D. UPS will not deliver to Post Office Box addresses.
IMPORTANT ….. If you are having your order shipped to a Business Address, make sure you type in the name of the business as the “Shipping Address Name” on the online order form. The package will be shipped to the business address, marked with the business name, to the attention of the card holder.
It is in everyone’s best interest to keep parts exchanges to a minimum. If you require assistance selecting parts, be prepared to tell us about your machine. Brand name, model number and/or name, drive system features, tires, chain size used, etc.
If you call with a parts order and discover that you have made a mistake or if you would like to add additional parts to your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
Ordering Go Karts
Having the equipment delivered to your business or picking up the go kart from the terminal nearest to your home will save you money. Freight Carriers charge an additional $50 to $100.00 for residential delivery. The go karts are mostly assembled requiring the installation of the overhead cage, the steering wheel and seat belts. No special tools are required. The engine, wheels, throttle cable, brakes and drive components are already in place. The engines are shipped with motor oil but always check to make sure there is oil before starting the Go Kart. Add fresh, regular unleaded gasoline before attempting to start. If you require further information concerning go kart orders please feel free to contact our office.
We can supply any replacement part or advice you may need for your machine in the future. Each fun machine comes with an owner’s manual for the frame & engine, a DVD and a parts breakdown illustration which includes a list of part numbers for every part.
